Total of 200 books and magazines
Background
A dusty old novel or a magazine from yesteryear may not be the first thing you pick up to read, but for many of these children, they aren't spoilt for choice when it comes to reading material.
Children from underprivileged schools, children's homes and juvenile homes can use your items to read, learn and grasp more knowledge from beyond their immediate surroundings.
How you can help
On behalf of the Rotary project, 'Old books can light up a dark future' we are hoping to provide books and magazines for the children.
If you would like to donate anything else (including old computers, literary material, charts, posters, meaningful photographs, manuscripts, scrapbooks or newspapers) please contact us here: info@charityapple.org
If you would like to donate books or magazines, please click on the 'Pledge' button above. Clicking the button does not confirm your donation, but simply shows your interest in contributing to the cause.
Collection point:100% of your donations will go towards underprivileged students, children's homes and juvenile homes.
For each book you donate, a receipt will be issued to you and a numbered list of books will be published online which you can use to trace who is benefitting from your book!
We are committed to complete transparency and accountability.
