Background
The holy
month of Ramazan is observed for fasting from sunrise to sunset by Muslims
worldwide. During this month, the Rotaract Club of Colombo (RCC) conducts an
annual ‘Eid project’ to gift packs of dry rations to deserving families in
Puttalam.
The project
solely depends on donations; hence the number of families reached also depends
on the total amount collected from donors.
